My name is Emma Freedman, the owner and sole employee of Freedman Baking Company. I am currently in my last quarter at Metropolitan Community College and will graduate in May with an associate's degree in Baking and Pastry. I found my love for baking when I was a freshman in high school and it has been my dream ever since to have my own bakery. So, here I am trying to turn that dream into a reality. In addition to baking, I love to hang out with my dogs and binge shows and movies.
